Store manager The store manager is responsible for maximizing the sales and for assuring the profitability of all the activities of the store. Furthermore, he (or she) supplies to the employees a leadership in sales and acts strictly to represent the image and convey the philosophy of the company in an irreproachable way. He (or she) puts his (or her) contribution to the standards of excellence by means of an excellent customer service and strong techniques of visual presentation (display). The store manager has for first task the planning and the development of a staff devoted and well trained by the implementation of a training program covering all the aspects of the store procedures. Sales consultant The sales consultant has for main responsibility of reaching its personal sales goals as well as representing the image and to convey the company’s philosophy.
