Exchanges and Refundings : Kama Sutra Store or Vanderex offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may exchange it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. Clothing should not be worn and must have all the labels before being accepted for a refunding. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on: -All sets of linen room including/understanding breeches. -All the erotic accessories which do not comprise guarantee. -All condoms. How to Return a Purchase. Receiving a Refund: You must turn over your article by mail. With this intention, you have only to fill the form with return (included in your sending). Then, dispatch by the post office the article accompanied by the invoice of origin and the form duly filled, with the following address: Vanderex Returns, 4975 rue Rideau, local 140, Québec (QC) G2E 5H5. For reasons of safety, please return the parcel in a box of suitable forwarding. As soon as we receive the article and that we will have declared it in conformity with our terms and conditions, we will refund you promptly the cost of the goods and the taxes. * You will have to assume all the handling and forwarding costs at the time of the return, right and (or) tax for the orders delivered abroad.
